At DDI, we take great care of our customers. At times, certain items do not perform up to expectation or fail completely. DDI will help to have these issues corrected in a timely fashion.

Because of our close relationships with many manufacturers and our distributors, we will help you to obtain manufacturer support on these products. If your component is out of warranty, DDI may still be able to help you find a solution.
